This unit comes with every amenity that you need to enjoy your home away from home including: 2 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, a full sized kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, 3 TV's washer & dryer, gas fireplace, upper and lower decks and plenty of closet space.
California King in the master with bath attached, 2nd bedroom has two twins with additional twin bunkbeds in the same 2nd bedroom. Bedrooms are upstairs and the living area is downstairs,
Our location is second to none! Easy access to town and front door access to Sun Valley's lifts, bike path and the Big Wood River.

The location is the best part - short 5-6 minute walk through a little field and along a creek to the Sun Valley base area. Also convenient, the unit is right next to the hot tub (more on that later). The unit was clean, everything was functional, and generally in very good shape.
Negatives: On our first day, some guy from the management team just opened the door and walked right into the place in what was some kind of pet and guest number check. Intrusive and uncomfortable (we did not have pets and had the number of people we reported for the lease). This was a big issue for the group.
The hot tub was poorly maintained. While we were there it was green with some detritus floating around, and stayed that way.

Comfortable, clean with communal hot tub.
Unit 14A was ideally located for us, short walk from River Run base, and also a few feet from daily post-mountain hot tub with the kids. The unit layout was perfect for our family of 5, with plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the thick walls made it quiet and warm. Will definitely request the same unit next time we visit SV.
