PENNAY’S AT RIVER RUN POLICIES & AGREEMENT
We would like to welcome you to Pennay’s at River Run, and take great pleasure in hosting your visit to Sun Valley. Please read the following policies. There is a house phone and map of units in the front office if needed. When you depart, please leave the keys on the kitchen counter and the door unlocked. We will collect the remaining balance during your stay. If you choose to use a different credit card for the balance, please let us know upon booking. For more detailed information don’t hesitate to contact us. We are an on-site management facility:
Location: 300 Wood River Drive, Ketchum, Idaho 83340 Our location is second to none. We are just 200 yards from River Run Plaza where you can catch the Gondola and lifts as well as access hiking trails on the mountain. The bike path/cross-country trail is at our door, as well as the Big Wood River with great fishing. Mountain Rides FREE bus service has a stop right across the road from Pennay’s. Main street Ketchum, where you’ll find all the dining, art galleries and shopping, is just a 5 minute walk!
Deposits/Payments:We require ½ deposit of the total amount at the time of booking. The remainder is due upon arrival. (Note), there is a $10. Per person, per night charge if additional guests join after existing reservation is made.Check-Out/Check-In: Check out time is 10AM. Every effort will be made to accommodate late check-out requests. Check-in time is 4PM, rooms may be available earlier. Call to confirm.
Cancellations:Reservations may be cancelled up to 15 days prior to arrival and deposits will be refunded less a 7% credit card processing fee. If cancelled after 15 days, deposit is subject to forfeiture unless we are able to re-book the accommodations. All holiday including, Christmas to New Year & July 1 through the 4th reservations must be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival date. 12/22-1/3 Christmas reservations we will collect the remaining balance 30 days prior to arrival.
Housekeeping:There is no cleaning fee after departure. During your stay we will change your towels and empty your trash approximately every other day. We also will do a complete buff every four to five days. Daily servicing of your unit is available at a rate of $25. Per day. Guest’s staying two nights receive no cleaning.
Kitchens/Linens: All units have full kitchens, including refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher,microwave, coffee pot, coffee, paper towels, and all kitchen utensils needed. All bedding linens and towels provided.
Laundry: There are washer/dryers in all two bedroom units. If you are in a one bedroom unit you may use our laundry facilities between 4PM-7PM.
Pets: Pets are based on consideration only. If approved, we require a $100. Pet fee for the stay. Additional $50. Per extra pet. (2 pet max) For stays longer than a week additional pet fees apply.
Please keep your pet on a leash in the property area. There is a large field next to us where you can walk them and let them do their business. We also ask that you please clean up after your pet.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture or BEDS! If we have to take comforters or blankets to the cleaners there will be an additional charge to cover cost.
Please do not leave your pet in the unit alone.
A walk through will be required before departure to check for any possible damages. Guest will be asked to cover any damages if detected.
Smoking: Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the property. Detection of smoking in the condo will result in a charge of $250. Per day.
Hot Tub: Hours, 10A-10P. The hot tub is for the use of all guests. Please replace cover and turn of the timer. Please, no food, glass or bottles near the hot tub. Please keep noise down and respect close units.
Wireless: Complimentary wireless in each unit.
Departure Instuctions:
Please load and run the dishwasher upon departure, please empty all food storage container in fridge
