Pennay's Unit 10

Highly recommend staying in unit #4. Not sure of the other units but this was totally upgraded- great shower, comfortable king bed. Prime ski-in/ski-out location. Enjoyable hot tub; towel refresh an unexpected bonus. Great communication and service.

Very nice place. The trek to ski was not bad but the trek home was a challenge. Definately not ski home and they can’t pick you up in the snowmobile sled which was a bummer. Overall great place and easy walk to town

One of the most convenient locations in the area.
Very dog friendly.
And super friendly and accommodating team taking care of us.
Our unit was small but roomy enough for 2 and nicely furnished and updated.

We had never been to SV before and literally stumbled on Pennay's and we r so happy we did. A short trail thru the trees and along the river to the Gondola....MAGIC. Cherry in the main office was amazing and so great to work with ::))

I had an enjoyable time in Ketchum 2nd week of January, 2024. The condo at Pennay’s was clean and comfortable. Management was available and helpful and even offered to put me up an additional night while I was deciding if I could return to Boise on time despite road closures.

Great location, ski-in ski-out, walk to town! Love the ease of access to River Run, pretty much the best places to stay if you plan to ski a lot. Our unit was very clean, tidy, quiet and the bed was super comfy.

We have stayed at Pennay’s many times over the past 15 years. It is such a great location (just steps from skiing, the Big Wood River, hiking trails, and a short walk to downtown Ketchum. The condos are charming, comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. On this trip, we stayed in one of the remodeled units - it was so nicely done. We’ll definitely return in the future. Thank you!

Our one bedroom condo was very clean and comfortable even with the extreme heat and no AC. We opened the windows at night and closed them during the day to trap the cool air. The kitchen was well equipped and the sofa, bed and chairs comfortable. Our only disappointment was that our balcony faced west and was not enjoyable in the afternoons, but was great in the mornings. The location next to the river and near the ski lift and town was super!

Been coming to Pannay's for 10 years now and the staff is always accommodating to every need. Can't wait to come back next year!!!

This was by far our favorite place to stay in Sun Valley. It was quite, convenient and at a great location close to Bald mountain. Loved the sleigh ride after skiing and a soak in the hot tub with the view of the mountains. The owners are great and friendly.

The location for skiing is the best in Ketchum. A short walk or ski of four/five minutes puts you at the River Lodge lifts. The units are well cared for, very clean and well provisioned with everything you need to cook.

Our vacation experience at Pennay's at River Run was very pleasant.The accommodation was comfortable and well presented. The main street of Ketchum is a short and easy walk from Pennay's.
The property's location, description and amenities were as listed on the web site. Customer service was excellent. The accommodation was clean and well equipped with kitchen appliances.

We will book a return visit for 2020.

We have been to Pennay's many times, and always look forward to our visits with great anticipation. Over the years, we have had the privilege of getting to know the owner and the manager of the property, who take a personal interest in assuring that our stay is enjoyable. Their hospitality is second to none.

Great condo in excellent location. Close to bike trail. Close to center of town. Super clean. Very helpful and attentive to our needs.

The unit worked fine for our needs. We could've done without the barking dogs and other units . All in all we were satisfied .

Pennay's was great. We were welcomed by Sherri, who is an incredible property manager. The condo was comfortable and had all we needed in terms of towels, kitchen utensils etc. We will definitely be back!

The location can't be beat. Needed some maintenance items done and the manager was very responsive. The condos are a little old but certainly are comfortable

Pennays at River Run is the closest accommodations to the river run gondola, you may ski the trail to the lifts or upon request the staff will give you a sled ride. I have stayed at Pennays the past two years and could not ask for a better host, Alan has always made our stay comfortable and memorable. I would not stay anywhere else while in Sun Valley.

Darrell & I enjoyed an amazing stay with you. It happened to be our 23rd anniversary so the entire stay was very special plus, seeing the Trailing of the Sheep festival was very fun. Marquita Woodson
