My stay was amazing and would recommend this place. Centrally located for walking to River Run to concerts and go short distance to Sun Valley for wonderful concerts in the park. Bike trail can be seen from the condo units .Easy walk to Ketchum for restaurants.
The condo was well run and personnel were great.

We have stayed several times at Pennay's and always enjoy our stay. We usually go for hikes up the mountains and then enjoy the comforts if home in the evenings. Having a full kitchen is handy. We have always brought our dogs and there are plenty of places to take them. Pennay's is walking distance to town and the river.

Exactly as described. Great super clean lodgings. Easy access to the hill and easy walking to town where are a number of great restaurants. The Town has a first class off-leash dog park within a short drive.

We had a wonderful two weeks mountain biking in the Ketchum area.

The location way great, close to bald mountain, wood river trail, and downtown restaurants. The unit itself is in need of updating. The faucets were hard to turn off and on and leaked quite a bit. The carpet is also fairly worn and stained.

Been staying at Pennay's since 1981 and love the location and the accommodations. The only negative is that the kitchen supplies, glasses, cooking utensils are a bit on the low side. Probable has to do with breakage or as my wife says people staying in multiple units may move stuff from one to the other and not return it, I know a minor complaint but we could not cook any pasta since there was not collander in our unitl

Everything was as described in the listing. The location was ideal and the apartment was clean. It is a 5 min walk to the base of the gondola, and 10 min to the downtown core. The only critique I can make is of the hot tub. The water looked a little off color during my stay (greenish). The hot tub was a main reason for selecting this property so I used it almost everyday despite the off color.

Pennay's SCORES for being dog friendly, on bike trail, next to river, at base of Baldy & walking distance to town. Wonderful, warm communal feel with dog people. Outdoor Jaccuzi is added bonus after day of hiking/biking. Decor a bit dated, but I'm not there to spend time inside. Freezer can make ice cubes almost faster than u need them. LOVE this place.

The place was very clean, and had a great view of the mountain. The location, only blocks from downtown Ketchum, was ideal. Very happy. Would definitely stay here again.

We were thrilled with our long weekend experience at Pennay's! Our unit was small but very clean, comfortable, efficient and affordable - perfect for a brief ski weekend! The kids loved the cozy bunk beds and the property hot tub. The property was safe and fun for the kids to play and visit their friends staying in other condos. The short walk to the main lodge and gondola/River Run quad was so quick & easy, and the snowmobile sleigh ride option was a blast! Reservation and check in was easy and all service was super friendly and personal. Highly recommend - great value, wonderful people/service!

Great spacious apartment. Parking right outside the door, so easy in/out for our stuff. More than enough room for the two of us. Location couldn't be better. Just a short walk through the woods to the base. On weekend afternoons they run a little sled back and forth which is a nice luxury after a full day's skiing. Staff was very responsive and helpful.

We stayed at Penney’s because we brought our dog. It was perfect. Our dog loved the area and we walked to the River to fish. Also walked to town. Location is perfect.

Great stay, we’ve been coming here for that past 6 years.

Pennay's at River Run was the perfect escape for us. We came to Sun Valley for a wedding and this place made the entire weekend beautiful, peaceful and enjoyable. The location was just a short walk from downtown and the condo had plenty of space, great views, and a clean and warm atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to friends.
