Pennay's Unit 15

Everything was perfect. The condo was comfortable and well-appointed. Alan is an extremely hospitable host. It is perfectly situated at the mountain base for easy access to skiing and is a short drive (or even walk) into downtown Ketchum. We highly recommend this great place to stay central to everything you could need

Enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and ready for us. There was some repair work going on next door that affected our cabin. A little inconvenient, but worked out.

We recently stayed in Unit 15 for our first visit to Ketchum, and had a great time! The property is very close to town (although it's quite an uphill walk - we rented e-bikes!) and right along the bike path and river. So beautiful and quiet. The condo was well equipped which made it easy with our two young children. We would definitely return! Thank you!

Everyone that works at Pennay's is so welcoming and accommodating! The grounds are so well kept and the condo we stayed in was lovely! I return twice each year!

Beautiful appointed condo with incredible views of Bald Mountain.

This is possibly the closest location to the River Run Base of Bald Mountain in Sun Valley. The unit was relatively clean other than ample dog hair in all of the rugs. The service was good. I was surprised that the staff actually clear the snow off all of the cars in the parking lot every time it snowed. The only thing that is somewhat less than friendly is their check-out time of 10 a.m. and check-in time of 4:00 p.m. And in my experience, they are not particularly flexible about it.

Everything about this place was amazing. A very nicely remodeled condo. Close to town, close to the mountain and close to the river. And of course the leaves were beautiful and the sun was amazing. Everyone I met (Cheri and Alan) couldn’t of been nicer. Can’t wait to book for the winter! :)

We stayed in this unit in August when it was 110+ degrees in Arizona where we live. Great location, great views, and great tempatures. The pandemic limited our activities to some hiking and food takeout. We would come back anytime.

We were two couples in town for a wedding. This place exceeeded our expectations as it was very nicely finished. Both bedrooms had King Beds. The layout was very enjoyable.

The condo is beautiful and had great access to the trails and town. Management was very professional and great to work with. Thanks for a great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay. Everything was clean and orderly upon arrival and the unit was perfect for our needs. Of course, having stayed there in the past, we knew the location was perfect. Just far enough from the main road through town, just far enough away to enjoy the serenity of the woods, view and river.

Proximity to town and slopes make this an ideal location. Add to this the professional and very friendly nature of Alan and the team and you have an unbeatable place to stay.

Each morning it was a case of open the door put on the skis and go to the lift. After a days skiing there was a friendly face to help you back to the apartment on the Penney's Sled. One morning we even witnessed a Moose walk by the front window.
Accommodation is neat clean and very functional with all the facilities you need.
We introduced some well travelled seasoned skiers and they could not believe how easy it was to enjoy so many aspects of Sun Valley and Pennay's, they like us will be back. As often as possible.

We love staying at Pennay's and have been doing so for over 10 years. It's in a perfect spot: quiet, a short walk to River Run Lodge, easy access to Ketchum and Sun Valley, terrific owner.
