Comfortable and spacious 1150 sq. ft., 2 level townhouse condominium. Just one of our seven two bedroom units available! This unit comes with every amenity that you need to enjoy your home away from home including: 2 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, a full sized kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, 3 TV's, washer and dryer, gas fireplace, upper and lower decks and plenty of closet space
King in the master with bath attached, 2nd bedroom can be a king or two twins with additional twin bunkbeds in the same 2nd bedroom. Bedrooms are upstairs and kitchen & living area downstairs.
Our location is second to none! Easy access to town and front door access to Sun Valley's ski lifts, bike path and the Big Wood River.

We had a wonderful time staying at Pennay’s. The location is the best and the snowmobile with the sled to pick us up at the end of the day sooo welcomed! Cozy, warm condo , would highly recommend .

Can't beat the location of Pennay's at River Run. Unit was clean and well provisioned but maintenance of sliding glass doors and screens has been neglected making them very difficult to open and close. Also would have been nice to have quiet fans for the bedrooms since the unit does not have air conditioning. Unit would benefit from updates to appliances and plumbing fixtures. Off leash dogs from other units were a bit of a nuisance.

I’ve been staying at Pennay’s every summer for the past 7 years. It took me 3 years to find such a perfect location. Right next to mountain, hiking trails, bike trails and short walk to downtown Ketchum. The condos are is great shape and if your lucky you’ll get one of the updated ones. The most amazing part is the staff! You will fill like family with Allen, who is a Sun Valley legend and Sherry always a available for any of your needs and we we’re needy. One of these days I’ll make it there in the winter to enjoy a snowmobile sleigh ride to the ski slopes!

We stayed at Pennay's.....location was PERFECT, as it allowed us to not have to use our car. We walked a couple hundred yards to River Run ski lodge and run. Then at night walked to dinner (lots of restaraunts there) and even a movie. We'd stay at Pennay's again.

My family has been coming to Pennays for many years. It is a special place where many fond memories have been made. It couldn't be in a better location for us and has seen our children accommodated from toddlers to adolescents and into adulthood. Various managers have come and gone; however, Allan Pennay is still the glue, the heart, the soul and his music is magic.
