Once again Allen and team did not disappoint. Always going above and beyond to make you feel a part of the Pennay family. Quick trail to the lifts on Pennay's Way making it the 1st and last run of the day.

We had a wonderful stay at Pennay’s with our 3 boys and our dog. Pennay’s came highly recommended to us by friends of ours who live in Hailey and it did not disappoint. Location was fantastics and our unit had plenty of space for our family. We arrived early on check in day and
Cheri graciously allowed us to get into our unit early. It was a great start to our stay. We will definitely be back.

The location was ideal. The walk to the lifts was not bad, maybe even closer than some of the parking. The unit was spacious and clean, albeit a little dated. They have made service, which was a nice touch.

This was a very large condo, with room to entertain. While the decor is quite dated, it definitely has an authentic Sun Valley vibe. The kitchen had everything we needed and the unit itself was quite clean, light and bright. The location was great -- we were able to ski over to River Run, and pole back. The only real issue was that the hot tub, while also spacious and operational was not clean. The water was cloudy and there was significant debris in the tub and the skimmer.

We rented four condos January 21-30, 2022. It was a great experience! The location worked perfectly. Even the young kids were able to walk to the condos from River Run Lodge. We were traveling with 9 grandchildren aged 4-9. The condos were well equipped for cooking & hosting. We used Black Tie for ski rentals, which turned out great. The condos were clean & towels were replaced every other day.
The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the huge snow piles! Plenty of cousin fun!

Immaculate condo and very well managed. Perfect walking distance to Ketchum. One suggestion for future renters...we had a small flashlight for walking home at night which we found useful.

Excellent condo, great location with a five minute walk to River Run Lodge and about a ten minute walk into town. The unit was large, clean and very comfortable. Alan Pennay is a gracious owner who even let us use his Suburban to buy groceries! He also gave us a last minute ride to the airport in Hailey when Sun Valley Limo never showed up after we confirmed our reservation twice (and never answered their phone that morning!)

Very clean, spacious, huge, new appliances. Was more like an apartment than a hotel stay. Within walking distance to the gondola lifts. This was our second visit to this same suite and it won't be our last. Highly recommended.

This was perfect for a group of us visiting for the first time. A few steps to the base of the mountain (Hop on gondola, drinks at lodge after mountain), and a few blocks in the other direction to the heart of town for happy hour, great restaurants, etc. The condo was spacious and comfortable, and the management staff was very friendly and helpful

We came to Ketchum for a week of mountain biking and the location of Pennay's couldn't have been better. Located near the base of Baldy, next to the bike path, and a short jaunt to downtown. We rented Unit 1 for four non-couples and it worked perfectly. The Unit had everything we needed, but when we did need something we forgot for the trip, Alan Pennay was a phone call away and cheerfully appeared with our requested item (bike pump on one occasion and old blanket for another). The grounds are kept beautiful with hanging flower baskets and the unit was also very clean. I'd recommend Pennay's to anyone coming to Ketchum.

Bad weather (Sun Valley skiing shut down for 2 days) made for a disappointing trip. However, Alan Pennay and Cheri were great - letting us check out late so we could get one decent day of skiing for the 4 nights that we were there.

The condo is huge and well apportioned. Easy to get to and close to everything in town.

This is perfect place to hop on the bike trail! Right outside our door.
Walk to town is very short, 8-10 minutes. This particular unit was very quiet! Had a problem with internet connection and it was taken care of immediately! Would stay again!

Fabulous! Outstanding accommodations, friendly, helpful management, comfortable lodging- just like being home with tasteful decor. Close to river, mountain, trails and town. Loved our stay with our guests!
